Adding items

To add or update an item, follow the steps below.

How to add items

Go to Settings on the Back Office's side menu and select Items.

Item Setting page will open.

Filter
When you want to find a particular item, it narrows down the categories of items.

ITEM LIST
Displays all items that are already registered.

Tap the “Add New” button, the setting form will open on the right.

Name
Enter a name for the item.

Category
Select a category to which the item belongs from the pull-down list.

Options
Switching this to “On” allows you to create SKU(Stock Keeping Unit)-driven items such as size of a drink or steak.

Modifier Groups
Switching this to “On” allows you to link the item with the groups containing all the modifiers such as “Coffee Toppings” containing all possible toppings for Coffee.
In order to link a modifier group with an item here, you have to create modifier items and modifier groups on each settings page.

Price
Enter a price for the item.

Show/Hide
Allows you to select whether to show or hide the item on the Order screen.

Name (Receipt)
Allows you to set a different name for the item to be shown on receipts.

Note

By default, the name you entered in the "Name" field is automatically copied to this section.

Allows you to set a different name for the item to be shown on the Order screen.

Tax
The “ON/OFF” button allows you to select whether or not to apply the tax(es) to the item. If there isn't any tax displayed in this field, you need to add it in the Tax Settings screen.

Remarks
Allows you to take a note.
