Solution

Please check your error message below.

"User Name or Password is not correct."

The account name or password you entered may be incorrect. Please check whether there are any typographical mistakes in your entry (including uppercase or lowercase/single-byte or double byte/space etc.).

Note

Temporary passwords consist of 9 characters.

"You cannot tap the login button" (AirREGI App)

Please restart the App and try again. If that doesn't work, please reboot your iPad and then try logging in again.
If you are not using the latest version of the AirREGI App, it may not work properly. We strongly advise you to update to the latest version of the AirREGI App.
In addition, the AirREGI App may not perform properly if your device does not meet our recommended environment. Please check that your devices meet our recommended environment.

Please clear your browser cache and reboot the browser.
