【Account】 I forgot my password and I can’t log in.

Solution1 For cases when you can’t remember or access your registered email address.

If you can’t remember your password, please contact the AirREGI Help Desk directly. When the below items, as well as registration information, have been confirmed, we are going to contact you directly by phone, and a temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.

  • AirREGI Account name:
  • Name of Representative:
  • Store Name:

Contact us here.

After receiving the email, please log in and proceed to BO→More→Account settings WITHIN 24 hours.

Here, you can change the password.

NOTE

The temporary password will expire in 24 hours. Please change your password before that.

Solution2 For cases when you remember your registered email address

Please select 'Click here if you do not remember your password' and enter your 'Account Name'. A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address. After receiving the email, please log in and change the password in BO→More→Account settings WITHIN 24 hours.

Note

  • A temporary password can be sent only to a registered email address.
  • The temporary password will be valid only for one day.
  • Please note that your password will be changed if you access your account from more than one terminal.
