【Bluetooth Connection】 The Bluetooth connection gets cut off during a credit card transaction.

This might be because your App is not connected with your card reader/iPad.

  1. Please see Settings->Card Reader to see if your terminal status is shown as "disconnected". If so, then you should reconnect it by tapping the name of your terminal and select it.

    If the connection succeeds, then the "disconnected" message should disappear.
  2. If this fails, please go to "Settings"->"Bluetooth" of your iPad.
    Check the connection status. If it's "Not Connected", tap the name of the terminal to reconnect it.

    If the connection succeeds, the status will become "Connected".

    Then do 1. again and your card reader will be reconnected to the App.
