【Card Reader】 I can't refund an order that was settled with a credit card.

In order to process a credit card refund, the Card Reader must be connctected to the iPad via Bluetooth, and the Terminal ID and Transaction Key must be entered in the App (in other words, the general status where a credit card can be processed). Once you have checked your credit card processing status, then try again to attempt a refund.
If this does not work, please try one of the following:

  • Log out of the App and log back in.
  • Reset the connection to the Card Reader from Settings -> Card Reader in the App, and then re-enter your Terminal ID and Transaction Key.
  • Restart the iPad.
