Employee Attendance Management ( Managing Clock In/Out in Back Office )

Confirming Attendance Status and Outputting Reports

Select "Operations" -> "Clock In / Out Log" from the left menu to see the following information for each employee within a specified period of time:

  • Job Title
  • Regular Hours
  • Regular Wages
  • Overtime Hours
  • Overtime Wages
  • Total Hours
  • Total Wages

Click "Print". A payroll report will appear on the HTML screen, along with a browser print dialog box. Press the print button in the dialog box to print.

How to add/delete/edit shift hours

Click "Edit" in the right column of the Clock In / Out Log.

When you wish to edit an active shift status

Directly modify the date and time.
Enter the reasons for your changes into the Remarks box (entering information into Remarks is Required.)
Save by clicking "Save".

Press “Add a Shift”

A new shift line will be added. Enter the date and time.
Enter the reasons for your changes into the Remarks box (entering information into Remarks is Required.)
Save by clicking "Save".

If you wish to add a break, press “Add a break” to the corresponding shift line.

A new Break field will be added. Enter the date and time.
Enter the reasons for your changes into the Remarks box (entering information into Remarks is Required.)
Save by clicking "Save".

If you want to delete a Shift or Break.

Press the “x” located to the left of the corresponding shift or break you wish to delete.
Enter the reasons for your changes into the Remarks box (entering information into Remarks is Required.)
Save by clicking "Save".

Note

Any changes will not be saved unless you enter Remarks and press “Save”.
